This means that the P&O fleet will grow to 5 ships Down Under. Why don't they ever build new ships?

Hello Megan01,
I think you are making a mistake - P&O and P&O Australia are 2 separate brands under the Carnival umbrella. P&O Australia were previously known as Carnival Australia. Complicated, but they are separate brands. Hope this helps!
