Do you know if Seabourn Cruises are maintaining Butler service and if it is free of charge for all the passengers or only for Luxurious Suites?

Hello Vayo,
Unfortunately the only cruise line that offers personal butler service in each stateroom free of charge is Silversea.
Of course, it comes with a price....
