Internet On Board
Hello, one advice from me - the Internet connection on board is very slow and pricey. They are always finding excuses that it is all about the bandwidth.
The net is extremely slow - if you are writing emails, write them as a draft in Notepad and then just send them. Always use the mobile version of your mail service as this will save some time.
As for browsing - it is almost useless. Use the Wi-Fi in ports if you need to.

It is a good idea to use Internet ashore. Most of the coffee houses around cruise terminals are offering Internet. Foursquare can give you passwords for wi-fi's

Hello Vayo,
There is a dedicated person on board to assist with Internet issues - the position is different depending on the cruiseline.
You should check with the Purser's Desk and they will contact the right person for you.
