The best sushi at sea

Hi,
I see a brand new forum, so let's give it a shot.
Hubby and me are sushi fans. After 3 years of cruising with Holland America and once on the Silver Shadow, I think the best sushi I've ever had was on the Shadow's Seishin.
Maybe yo can make a poll or something to see what other people think.
