You Cruise Passenger Rights

Post by Admin on Fri Mar 06, 2015 9:54 am

Ahoy, cruisers!

Are you aware of your passenger rights?

They are limited - what a surprise!

Check out our article on that:
http://www.cruisediscuss.com/#!The-Cruise-Passenger-Bill-of-Rights/c17dm/7B533206-2083-4461-820F-182F719C3081

Together with some of our UK mates we would like to move this forward in a series of articles on our website so that our voice is heard. What do you think about that? If you are interested, we can continue the discussion in this topic!

Hi,

Honestly, I've never felt that my rights are limited. It all depend on what we expect. For me personally cruising is fun. I've always choose very carefully where and what I want. Thanks to you guys I can be prepared for everything.

Bill of Rights

Post by Admin on Sat Mar 07, 2015 8:24 am

Hello Flower_ 77,
A cruise is meant to be fun and in 99.5 of the time - it is. However , in the very unlucky event that something happens, this is where the trouble starts. What happens if your ship breaks down - like the Royal Princess and Carnival Miracle did. What happens if you miss your ship if your flight is cancelled? What happens if you fall sick on a ship from a norovirus outbreak due to bad sanitation of the ship? Or if a passenger gets seriously injured on a tour or cruise? Those And other instances.
The fact is that the cruise lines take your hard earned money but they try to limit their liability as much as possible.
