Is it allowed to visit ship's bridge? Who can organize that?

Hello all,
We believe that after the Concordia disaster the cruise industry have reviewed their policies about guests on the Bridge. There can be certain packages of ship tours that still include a short stay through the visit but the whole concept has changed.
Silversea cruises used to have excellent Bridge visits complimentary to the guests - however, maybe they have changed their policy as well.
