Disembarkation Empty Disembarkation

Post by Admin Thu Mar 05, 2015 8:05 am

Disembarkation is the process of leaving the ship at the end of the cruise.
Experienced cruisers know that sometimes there can be issues with that so they don't wait till the last moment.
Usually, the day before the actual disembarkation you will receive your disembarkation information, your luggage tags and your stateroom portfolio in your cabin.
Don't wait till the last moment - settle your account and try to resolve any issues as early as possible. The more you wait, the less time you have to sort it out.
The morning of the disembarkation is very busy so you will have less time to share your concerns.
Remember - if you see any charges that seem wrong, question them on the spot. Mistakes happen but the pursers on the front desk will work with you to help you.
Show up in your disembarkation station at least 30 minutes before the officially announced time - you will get a better seat and you will be ahead of schedule.
If you are leaving the ship with the cruise line organized transportation, follow the color coding and make sure that your luggage is where it should be.
And get ready for your next adventure - you are becoming a pro!
